Reinforced Frames

Explore our Reinforced Frames, engineered for superior strength and durability in a wide range of applications.

These frames feature additional structural support, making them ideal for high-traffic areas and heavy-duty installations, such as doors and windows. Designed to withstand greater loads and resist deformation, our reinforced frames provide enhanced stability and longevity. Perfect for both residential and commercial projects, they ensure reliable performance and security.

Available in various sizes and materials, our reinforced frames are the ideal choice for achieving robust and resilient construction solutions.

Countersunk Head, Self-Tapping Thread, Self-Drilling Point (3.9 Gauge)

Multiple uses for fitting a variety of hardware to frames where there is a steel or aluminium reinforcement present.

Countersunk Head, Self-Tapping Thread, Self-Drilling Point (4.8 Gauge)

A heavier gauge screw generally used where extra strength is required such as attaching hinges to steel reinforced frames.

Countersunk Facet Head, Metric Thread, Self-Drilling Point

Frequently used with auto feed machines when "pinning" steel reinforcement inside PVCu frames.

Countersunk Head, Metric Thread, Self-Drilling Point

An alternative to the self tapping thread version.

Pan Head, Self-Tapping Thread, Drill Point

Generally used for attaching steel hardware to steel reinforced PVCu sections. The flat underside of the screws head allows it to clamp the materials together firmly.
