Acetoxy Silicone
A general purpose, single component silicone which offers a flexible water tight seal to most surfaces including glass, painted surfaces, ceramics, sanitary ware and most non-porous surfaces. For sealing around most types of door and window frames, kitchen units, pipes, sanitary fixtures and duct work. Can also be used for draught proofing.
Fire Rated Silicone
A premium grade, neutral curing fire retardant silicone sealant, with a fire resistance of up to 4 hours in linear joints, with excellent elasticity of up to 25%. It withstands temperatures of up to 120°C to prevent the spread of fire, smoke and toxic gases.
Premium LMN Silicone
A premium grade, low modulus neutral curing silicone, which has excellent adhesion to virtually all substrates, both porous and non-porous. Such as brick, concrete, timber, PVCu and painted surfaces. A long lasting flexible sealant for a wide variety of domestic, commercial and industrial applications including expansion joints, curtain walling and glazing systems. Ideal for external sealing around PVCu, timber and aluminium frames.
Bathroom & Sanitary Silicone
A high grade, sanitary silicone containing powerful anti-fungal compounds to prevent mould growth. Typically used in areas of high humidity such as bathrooms, kitchens and washrooms. Provides a long lasting, flexible and watertight seal that is ideal for domestic or commercial applications. Adheres to most non-porous surfaces without the use of a primer and gives a clean and professional finish.
Acrylic Caulk
A general purpose fast drying and flexible decorator’s filler and sealant. Adheres to most substrates, is almost odour free and can be overpainted with most paint types or papered over. For sealing and filling of internal gaps and cracks such as those between plasterwork, decorative mouldings, skirting boards, and architraves.
Instant Paintable Caulk
A premium grade, acrylic sealant that has been developed to be overpainted immediately after application with water based and synthetic paints. Formulated for interior use, it will adhere to most surfaces without primers and gives long lasting flexibility in applications where movement can occur.
FAS Intumescent Acrylic Sealant
Fire & Acoustic Seals' Intumescent Acrylic Sealant swells when exposed to temperatures in excess of 125°C to prevent the passage of fire and smoke and has a fire rating of up to 4 hours in certain joint configurations.
FAS Fire Door Silicone Sealant
A versatile sealant that seals gaps within construction joints to provide excellent long-term resistance to fire and smoke as well as other general weather elements.
