Advanced Coach Screw ZYP_x000D_

A versatile heavy duty coach screw with a hex flange head and is the modern replacement for traditional DIN 571 coach screws. Benefits from an aggressive slash point tip for easy driving and reduced splitting. Suitable for softwood, hardwood, man-made board or masonry with the use of a nylon plug. Zinc plated and yellow passivated for improved corrosion resistance.

Timber Frame Screw HEX Silver_x000D_

Designed as an alternative to the traditional coach screw. This heavy duty screw dramatically decreases installation time as it doesn’t require a pilot hole into most wood types. This screw is ideal for external applications or where extra strength is required. Coated with a patented multi-layer corrosion resistant plating to withstand 1,000 hours salt spray test.

Coach Screw DIN 571 - BZP_x000D_

A traditional heavy duty woodscrew mainly used for timber to timber applications, attaching ironmongery to timber or into masonry with the use of a nylon plug. Pilot drill holes may be required into certain hardwoods.
NOTE: Thread length is 2/3 of the overall length screw. E.G. 100mm = 60mm thread length (approx.).

Used for accurate, reinforced timber and cabinet jointing. Tapered ends for easier application. Fluted shank for good glue distribution along the entire length and to eliminate trapped air.
